Amanda Albee

Amanda is a seasoned freelance writer with a passion for storytelling and unbiased reporting. After a decade covering food, drinks, travel, and the arts, her voice and expertise stand out. She started her career as a high school English teacher and holds a Master's of Humanities from the University of Dallas in Irving. More recently, she has served as a judge for the James Beard Awards, and she is currently a Cookbook Awards judge for the International Association of Culinary Professionals. When she isn't writing, she is walking her dogs and dreaming up what she'll eat next.
